Why don't we offer free returns?

We've found that free returns lead to an increase in unnecessary shipments. We therefore consciously forego this option in order to reduce our ecological footprint.

In countries with a legal right of withdrawal, we of course guarantee the possibility of returning orders within 14 days.

Please note, especially when it comes to food: If an order is canceled, the flawless products must be destroyed as they may not be sold again! For this reason and to protect the environment, we do not cover the costs of returns.
